Markers and Ink
Some of my best work has come from alcohol markers and simple ink pens. Nothing gives a satisfying color like these two together. Most marker work happens on thick or multi-medium paper.

Graphite and Charcoal
Black and white is the first medium I worked with when I started out as an artist. I especially use black and white mediums to understand values and to sketch out pieces.

Paints
I love working with all kinds of paints. watercolors, acrylic, gauche, you name it! Every kind of paint has their problems, but also a lot of benefits! They are a great medium to work with when creating art on odd canvases.

Paper Types
Using different kinds of paper helps make my materials be at their best! When you first start drawing, paper seems like the last thing to invest in, but is definitely worth it.
